The Direktorenhaus is excited to present, as a precursor to the Illustrative 2018 in Beijing, a selection of the most exciting illustrators currently living and working in Berlin:
Sonja Danowski, Valero Doval, Dean Reynolds, Steven Tabbutt, Chemin Hsiao, Benjamin Courtault, Albane Simon, Sarah Dineen and Chantal van Houten.
These artists are characterised by a fine art type of illustration, which the Illustrative represents. In the past few years, the Illustrative has developed from a festival into an art collection which has found an entry point into the museums of the world. We take this opportunity to celebrate the start of the touring exhibition and cordially invite you to join us!
